QSS QUAD SPEED SWITCH
QSS QUAD SPEED SWITCH Image

The four-channel electronic speed switch executes a variety of speed-related functions, including start-motor disable and engine overspeed protection.

The QSS monitors engine rpm via a magnetic pick-up and controls 4 independent relais.

The two middle relais have delay functions. Switching on and/or switching off.

The unit has two analog outputs for sending a 0-20mA / 4-20mA and a 0-10V / 2-10V signal to engine monitoring device.

A computer interface is provided for adjustments with QSS setting tool.

SSM is a micorprocessor controlled digital potentiometer.

It has 5 binary inputs for increase, decrease, reset position, offline position and switch to analog input.

With the diversity of analog or binary inputs there is no need for two different digital potentiometers.

During operation switching between analog or digital is possible. Regarding adjusted ramp timers.

Also changing of a analog signal to a different analog signal is possible

DRM PRESSURE CONTROL MODULE

DRM is a micro-processor controled module used for  pump systems.

Can be set to Bar or psi.

Set the desired pressure in the unit.

When the pump starts the unit ramps up when up is activated to de desired pressure and keeps it on this pressure.

  • 9-36Vdc
  • Outputs: -10V-+10V, +10V–10V, 0V-+10V, +10V-0V, -10V-0V and 0V–10V.
  • Analog input 0-20mA

DPU DOUBLE PICK-UP UNIT

DPU is unit for a fail-safe MPU system.

Unit connects to two MPU’s and switches one to the disered location.

When one MPU fails the unit switches to the other MPU within 100ms.

The unit alarm relais switches.

And the LED of the broken MPU lights up.
